At Zenvy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • It must be returned in original packaging with all tags

  • Order ID or proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Personal care & hygiene products

  • Items marked as Final Sale


Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds for Prepaid Orders will be credited to the original payment method

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI (details must be shared by the customer)


COD Orders

For COD orders, refunds are not provided in cash.
Customers must share valid UPI ID or bank account details to receive the refund.


Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or wrong items, subject to stock availability.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
